Platform Terms and Conditions

  • Store owner information submission
    The images, texts and other materials you submit will be used for web design purposes, and you authorize the platform to make necessary modifications and adjustments.

  • Limitation of Liability
     This platform assumes no responsibility for the correctness of submitted content and reserves the right to reject content that does not meet the standards.

  • Modification and deletion
     The Platform reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time and to remove inappropriate submissions when necessary.

  • Right to suspend service <br>If the user's behavior violates platform regulations or laws and regulations, the platform has the right to suspend or terminate his right to use the service at any time without prior notice.

  • Disclaimer of liability
     This platform assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or legality of content submitted by users, and reserves the right to reject content that does not meet the standards.

  • Platform Specificity :
    • The promotion of all products and services should be limited to this platform, and no content that leads to other platforms should be included in the product descriptions or images.
  • Fee collection

    During the current promotion period, from today to April 1, no commission will be charged.
    After the platform receives the money, it settles the account daily and pays the store owner the money on the same day.

    Starting from April 2:

    A. If the customer uses the following payment methods, 8% of each transaction fee will be charged
    1. Payme
    2. AlipayHK
    3. Bank transfer/FPS

    B. If the customer uses the following payment methods, each transaction fee will be charged 8% + handling fee $5
    1. Credit Card
    2. PayPal
    Calculation Example
      1. Customer pays $100 using PayMe
        • Platform fee commission: $100 × 8% = $8
        • The store owner finally charged: $100 - $8 = $92
      2. Guest pays $100 by credit card
        • Platform fee commission: $100 × 8% = $8
        • Credit card platform fee: $5
        • The store owner finally collected: $100 - ($8 + $5) = $87
  • Exit Platform Terms
     Makers can apply to withdraw from the platform at any time and remove all listed products.
    If there are unfinished orders, you must complete the transaction process before you can officially exit.
    The platform will settle all proceeds and remit the funds within 30 days after the withdrawal application is completed.
