We currently do not have physical retail stores available for walk-in shopping.
Our studio is available for order pickups and workshops only; please make an appointment before visiting.

Orders of $500 or more are eligible for pickup; a pickup time must be scheduled. Orders under $500 will be shipped via SF Express, and the shipping fee will be displayed when ordering online.

Most items are not in stock and require preparation time.
If you need them urgently, please do not place an order; please check with us first.

All items will be delivered to customers within approximately 5-8 business days after the order is placed.

Yes, we can provide physical invoices or receipts stamped with our company seal.

Yes, if you have this requirement, please contact us after placing your order.

Yes. For orders involving payment on delivery and self-pickup, the order amount must be at least $500.  
Please contact us regarding the items you wish to purchase. We will provide a formal quotation, and we will only arrange for stock preparation once it has been signed and stamped by your company for confirmation.
