Workshop Introduction:

The Halloween Pipe Cleaner Headband Workshop allows participants to use colorful pipe cleaners to design pumpkins, bats, devil horns, or other Halloween motifs on headbands. Create your own personalized themed headpiece to complement your costume, or use it for photos and party games to add to the festive atmosphere.
