Workshop Introduction:
The Punch Needle Workshop features plush, 3D embroidery. Participants use a specialized punch needle to outline and fill patterns on a framed cloth, creating textured works with rich tactile sensations and depth. Finished products can be made into coasters or magnets, adding a handcrafted touch and personal style to your space.
The course begins with the instructor explaining tool usage, safety tips, and basic stitches, followed by a demonstration of the full process from outlining to completely filling the pattern. The production time is approximately 3 to 5 hours, which can be adjusted based on the participant's age and pattern complexity. It is suitable for Primary 4–6 students, junior and senior secondary students, seniors, and adults. It helps develop focus, patience, and hand-eye coordination, while also offering excellent stress relief and therapeutic benefits.
